Information collected on behalf of Chirovet limited is collected under the legal terms of “contract" for the express purpose of conducting the clinical practice of animal chiropractic. Information is used for animal identification and billing purposes.

Information collected through the website is only what you consent to give as far as the contact form is concerned, and you give permission as such, to be contacted for making an appointment or answering quieries as requested on the contact form. 

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows you to contact us. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

Client animal records are stored either as paper records or through “Cavanti" a medical program protected by password access and stored behind medical grade firewalls.

What is the information used for?

Information collected is used only to contact, process and deal with enquiries, billing and to identify animal patients.

We do not currently, or foresee, the use of information for marketing purposes.

 

How is data shared?

Information will only be passed to your primary care veterinary surgeon, other health care professional, insurance company or solicitor after an express instruction to do so is received (either written or verbally).
